Certified Training
Our suite of accredited programmes includes training for frontline retail employees as well as management levels. Programmes can be delivered in an “open-programme” format or customised for “in-house” delivery.
We deliver 2 Major Awards
Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Retail Management
This Award provides learners with a comprehensive range of skills appropriate to front-line management for those already employed within the retail sector or those seeking employment within the sector. The development of these skills is underpinned by the acquisition of knowledge and requires detailed theoretical understanding for there competent on the job application.
Retailing models, concepts, and hypothesis are presented and related to the market place to reinforce the need for the personal proficiency of a retail manager.
The programme structure and training delivery combined with the assessment approach provide the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to take responsibility for their own learning in an autonomous way.
In addition there is a continuous thread throughout the programme of evaluating performance, identifying problems and establishing processes for improvement and implementation.

Level 4 Certificate in Retail Skills
This Award aims to provide learners with the skills, related knowledge and attitude in subjects such as brand awareness, product and service operations, health, safety and welfare, selling techniques, communications, customer service, point of sale skills, personal effectiveness, security and crime awareness along with internet, email and word processing skills to enable them to work efficiently and effectively in any retail setting.
There is a vocational emphasis on Level 4 Awards. This programme is based on competencies and skills rather than being academic in its approach. It provides a means of professional recognition for those working in retail or those considering a career within the retail sector.
